Wanted: Esri package conversion

Would be nice to have a simple tool that converts Esri layer and map packages to open formats with minimum of fuss. It's possible do get the data parts by chaining together 7zip and OGR or Qgis but it requires domain knowledge of OGR. So it's not simple.
