running Fossil server on Fly.io
I've done a thing: https://flyio-fossil.fly.dev/flyio/ - running #fossilscm server on Fly.io. If my usage stats from last couple weeks are any indication, it should stay within Fly's free tier indefinitely.
it's taken me way more time to make sharing friendly than I care to admit to myself, but hey, it's done!

Linked one is demo. I laso have a private one with about a dozen repos. This is much smoother and less scary to me than my old method of running from home NAS and opening a router tunnel or using tailnet (which is blocked at work anyway).
