DBeaver – SQL workbench that’s cross platform and mostly doesn’t care what kind of DB you’re using (Oracle, Postgres, …). Has a portable version. - https://dbeaver.io/ I’ve been using it for 10 weeks and am very impressed. There’s a bit of work getting the client setup but after that it’s very smooth and capable.
